Trivia Britannica was developed in a family-based business. This means that the owners are 'in the shop', so to speak, and want to take care of our valued customers. We are not a multi-national, transglobal, corporate imperial mega-corp. To that end, we have set out our privacy and security policies to let you know how seriously we take your business and your trust in us. In order to maintain security for your purchase, we will have to ask you to provide us with some personal information. We need this to ship the game to you, and to answer your questions. We will never use this information for anything else. We will never give it to anybody else. In fact, to preserve your safety and security, the computers we use to store the information you give us are not even connected to the Internet. Our Guarantee We guarantee Trivia Britannica against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of thirty days from the date of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. This guarantee is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Our Return Policy If you did not enjoy playing Trivia Britannica, send it back to us in 'as new' condition and with its original packaging within seven days of receipt, and we will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). We will accept returns on defective games for up to 30 days from date of receipt. If you are not happy with Trivia Britannica, and wish to return the game to us, please contact us by fax, telephone, or e-mail to let us know it's coming. If we can, we'd like to try to fix the problem. Our online shop uses the latest in encrypted/secure servers. |
